• Question: what is it like to study organic compounds in meteorites

      It’s actually pretty cool. Imagine being able to hold and work with chunks of material that are about 4.65 billion and came from space!!
      Plus the organic compounds could be the very same compounds that came to Earth billions of years ago to make up the chemical soup that eventually became DNA and then life on this planet…It’s just am-a-zing!
