      The freedom and flexibility to research what interests me work when I like and try out my own ideas. It’s a very creative job!

      That there is freedom to explore so many things as long as you don’t forget about the day job! I love problem solving so whenI get to design a new spectrometer or write a program to control a piece of equipment I have made it is very satisfying.
