Not in the old bloke sitting in heaven kind of way no. I believe that god is a way of humans explaining their own consciousness and god is the deeper connection between living beings that we all strive to connect with in some way. To me you are as much god as I am. I see god in the good deeds of others and see god diminished by cruelty, poor choices, and selfishness. Sorry for the deep answer :S

I don’t “still” believe in god because I never did. I grew up an agnostic – being unsure – and am now an atheist. This is partly an emotional decision and partly the result of reading a lot about history, religions and human psychology. I have also attended a LOT of religious ceremonies because I b think that beliefs are something you should challenge – they may change over time and it is natural they should. As long as I keep learning I can make good decisions that are best for me.

I don’t believe in god. I went to church when I was younger because all my mum’s family go, and believe in god. However, once I was old enough to make my own decision, I decided that I really didn’t believe in the need to worship. However, I don’t think that other people are wrong if they believe in god.
