• Question: Have you destroyed anything with your big laser?

      I haven’t, and I don’t think I’d be allowed to keep my job if I did. Although the laser is quite big it doesn’t really have the power to damage anything apart from your eyes or maybe pop a balloon.

      Where I worked for a year in Portsmouth they had a laser specifically to drill tiny holes in plastic and I remember them accidentally leaving it on whilst aimed at a wall, they managed to drill quite a big hole before they realised it was still on.
